Well my car was stolen and all the stickers are gone that I can find. So this is all I have. I haven't really looked anywhere in detail on the engine but if you know where it's stamped let me know.

take out your back plastics and maybe they'll be some vin tags on the inside of the quarters, good luck!

Re: I found mubers finally!!!
What about the VIN on the dash, was it removed also? You can take off one of the front fenders and get a partial vin stamped on the frame rail.
BTW, that is an aftermarket bumper.......could have been replaced.

Yes, I have ckecked the dash vin plate... it's not there and I'm not retarded lol. I have to take the fender off to see the number? Which side is it on? Passenger or driver? How did you know it's an after market bumper?

Re: I found mubers finally!!!
hatch should have a sticker...doors, rear quarters on each side...doors, fenders, bumpers as well as the dash. I don't see someone taking the time to take EVERY single tag off the car...it would take me an hour or two to remove everything to get to the stickers and to sufficiently scratch or remove them to the point of no recognition. Not calling you a liar, just saying there has to be at least one not removed. Underneath the fenders on the frame rails that support those fenders (both sides) there will be a serial number, i don't believe it carries anything like an engine code and such.

Re: I found mubers finally!!!
there should be a tag on the inside of both quarterpanels, on the passenger side door, inside of both fenders, on the edge of the hood, on the front and rear bumper supports (if they haven't been changed) and one on the inside of the hatch, the bumper looks to be aftermarket due to it being made in Mexico, and it looks thicker than a GM bumper plus the stock parts should have the GM logo on it.
The number on the frame rails are only partial VINs and doesn't carry the first 8 digits I believe.
here's some pictures thanks to Okfoz from a different thread found here

Re: I found mubers finally!!!
I've had this car for about 4 months. The vin was stolen and the DMV revined it. For real, i'm not an idiot. I've covered all the usual places that contain the vin. door, dash, title. I've even taken my interior plastics off for the quarter panel. Clearly this guy really didn't want to get caught because I can't find a damn thing. I might take the drivers side fender off so I can get at that one.

Re: I found mubers finally!!!
The stickers aren't always easily noticed in their locations, but with some careful hunting, you should be able to find them, if they're there, without having to remove any body panels.
But some stickers, like the ones on the inner sides of the fenders and quarter panels, can be mounted up high on the inside, so you'd have to get your head as far down inside the engine compartment and rear compartment to be able to see them up there.
Look between the horns to see the one on the driver's side, and the one on the passenger side is in a similar location. But again, get your head down in there, and look up high on the inside of the fenders. If they're there, that's where they'll be.

Re: I found mubers finally!!!
Exciting news!!! I found a full vin in the drivers side fender! The only downside is I looked it up on carfax and the last time it was used was january 4th 1989 when it had around 5k miles on it.. bummer but Atleast I have one now! to my relive I have a 5.7 350 so I'm happy hahah=)
New mission! I need to find out what it all came with can I do that with just the vin or do i need to find an RPO sticker? where would I look if i wanted to find one of those aside from the glove box(gone) door jam(gone)?
For anyone looking here is where you look

Re: I found mubers finally!!!
There ya go! And there's the "8." It's nice to know the thieves might've missed, at least, one.
But have you run it thru a VIN decoder to confirm it's from your kind of car and the correct year? Because if you haven't, then there's still a chance the fender came from another car sometime in the past. So I'd keep searching for other stickers to confirm a match.
You said you've looked for them, but since I'm not sure exactly where you looked, here are detailed locations of the stickers:
Having had the interior plastics out, if the stickers on the rear quarters were there, you should've been able to see them. One would've been in the area from behind the spare tire toward the taillights, and the other one would've been behind the storage compartment box. And like on the fenders, they might be stuck kind of high-up, so you might have to get your head(or a mirror) down inside there to see them.
The front sticker will be stuck on the top-side of the bumper impact bar, below the passenger headlight area. On my Firebird, I can partially raise the passenger side headlight to see the front structure and the sticker down there. I'm not sure how you'd view the front structure of a Camaro with the front bumper cover in place, but I suspect there's a way.
The rear sticker is on the bottom-side of the bumper impact bar, passenger side, and it's probably hidden by the bottom of the bumper cover. So you might have to lay underneath the rear bumper and slightly pull or pry the edge of the cover away from the impact bar to see it.
The sticker on the underside of the hatch would probably have been covered by the plastic trim panel. But since you'd already removed that, you'd have been able to see it easily.
And the ones on the passenger door jamb and the underside of hood would've been in plain site.
