thats what i thought, is there anything in particular i should look for besides the usual inspection?

Make sure the VIN on the title matches the VIN on the car. Also make sure the title is in the current owners name.
You might also want to do a CarFax on the car to check its history.

Pictures can be deceiving. It might not really be quite that nice when you go see it in person. Plus people tend to show the "good" side of the car if there's a little damage on one side, but not the other.
I would be cautious, but don't always think because it's cheap it's too good to be true. I picked up my firebird for $1300 and it was in pretty good shape. Still needed some work, but it was in better shape than most camaro/firebirds going for over $2k in my area.

well i got the car for 900.00 dollars, it needs a tranny i think? but the car itself is a clean 2 owner 60,000 original mile beauty. but i need help, please visit this thread. Thanks!

well if you got it for 900 and all it needs is a tranny i say you did pretty well. depending if its bondo-ed and repainted or original drivetrain etc...

the floor boards are rust free, and the only rust that i can see, is around the gas cap area
