how to ID 86 'vette block for 3rd gen swap

i have found a good deal on a 86 vette complete parts car it clearly has centerbolt heads, does anyone know how to tell without opening the engine up if it is a 1 or 2 pc rear main seal? and if it is a 86 1 pc rms is it a roller lifter engine>? this thing has low mileage on the engine and its def a 4 bolt so i was wondering if it would be worth pursuing, if its not a roller cam engine then i wont bother getting the car for parts, while im at it what parts are needed to swap the 86 C4 brakes to a 3rd gen fbody?? is the vette's IRS rear setup swap worth pursuing or is it big hassle and big cost?? mods if this is in the wrong spot i apologize and please place it where i should have i wasnt sure being it was sort of an origin question with a few extra questions thrown in, thank you

oh yeah btw does anyone have a guesstimate how much youd make from the body parts and wheels of said vette

If its an 86 block, it will be a one piece rear main without roller lifters... and probably not a 4 bolt main either.

Yep, if you have a choice the 86 block is probably the last one anyone would ever want. Even those heads are the early version and dont flow all that great.

moral of the story the 86 vette block is not desirable dont waste your time, the rakes would be worth it, but for the time and energy involved and then possibly not making any profit from the vehicle for me i wont be pursuing it thansk for everyones help in keeping me from wasting money
