While parking cars for my car club's car show this weekend this happens to roll in. I wanted to take more pics but I had a job to do. It is in very nice shape, for 35 yrs and 42K. The interior was in really nice shape and I always did like the fabric used on these early model Z28's
Well.....all I can think of is, I'm freezing my *** off and you guys still have car shows down there.....
I don’t miss those days, I am enjoying my 70 degree winters. I have been cruising the IROC every weekend with the ttops off. In fact the tops are not even in the car.

700R4 should have only been available with the also lame LG4. L69 should have come with T5 only, period end of story. Same for the Monte SS, shoulda had a T5 only there as well.....
Could it be 35 yrs of spring sag? I know that happens to these cars. I have never been a fan of Brown, but I will say the shade of this factory brown really does not look bad.
Girl I went to high school with had one just like it H.O. auto also with the "tiger" seats we used to say. Not the right shade for me but this one is a very nice car no doubt.
Feel free to call me old, but i loved that combo the first time i saw it over 30 years ago, and still love it today. And there can't be too many l69 cars that color with an auto still around?

1983, 1985 & 1986, yes this is true, the L69 was a Manual only car. However in 1984 after the CFI was dropped at the end of 1983, and before the 1985's started rolling out with the new TPI, the L69 could have been had with the Auto...
Unless you are saying that it should not have come with it even though it did, like the Monte Carlo which came with an Auto, never a Manual with the H.O.
