The GM white lettered ones were made in the 80's up to the 90 model year and are a different design completely. the 91' & 92's have Speed/RPM/Oil Pressure/Water temp/Volts/ & fuel. The 80's version is missing the oil pressure one. The 91&2s have all the gauges behind one piece of clear plastic while the older ones gauges are separated and each have thier own plastic cover. If you want different colours for your 91' you probably have to go to aftermarket specialty. The older ones would require you to to change the whole drivers side dash.

The "80's" also has a oil pressure gauge. It's integrated in the TACH.

Like the 90-92, the 82-89 version has a single plastic piece covering the gauges (though the bezel makes it appear as if each gauge has an individual cover).

So much so that swapping the two versions is impossible without major modification.

Both styles had only 1 plastic lens cover. The older version has a black plastic bezel separating the gauges for the driver so they really dont have their own cover. Someone makes aftermarket overlays for your current cluster and of course clusters as well.
