the big plastic ones. some of them have a thicker head than others. I have one, i'll try to dig up a pic to post.

You can get them at Pep Boys... That's where I got mine. They also have the white parts the screws go in to. Seems like they're a bit pricey, though. I seem to recall getting them for about $3 a pair or something, and that was back in 04.

Also have some of the white nuts they screw into if you've lost or broken any of them or if you just like to collect them

I believe only the earlier model cars 82,83 got the thicker head plastic screws.I have a grey one that came from an 82 and its different from all the others Ive seen

Well, if that's the case, then all of these are the later ones that are all the same size. Noticeable difference? Depends on what you want.
