well I put HID colored LEDs in mine. painted the light blue factory reflector white, and now the guages are lit up a nice WHITE with just a hint of blue.

Tach

Center Guages

Speedo

These pics were taken with my cell phone, so they arent that good, but in realtime the guages are fully lit up, and all the numbers and lines are clearly visible.

Guess I should add I was lazy I bought 194 LED replacements off Ebay. I dont have the time or the patience to solder in my own LEDs and resistors....

ya thats mine. i used the red 194's from wal-mart they are suprisingly very bright and have lasted over a year with no problems and are still as bright as the day i put them in. you can see in the pics if you look at mine and the led pics posted in this thread mine appear to be much brighter in the pic of the white lights you cant even see any #'s or anything...

yea, and like I said, those pics were taken on a Cell phone. In actuallity the numbers and stuff are plainly visible. my LEDs are just as bright as the normal 194's were.

But you know as well as anyone, camera can make a difference-he took the pics with a cell phone.

I could only find amber here at Wal-mart....

Classic Industries (F-body catalog) I think the site is classicindustries.com, the bulbs are $3.95 per pack of two, they also sell serpintine belts for $19.95!

I used to have xenon blubs in my cluster, but they decided to burn out. All but three.

Those bulbs were brighter than stock, and they had a blue hue to them, but they seemed to burn out too fast. Only had them in maybe 10 months or so.
