interior pics?
Re: interior pics?
I call my style 'customizing while keeping it along the lines of what GM would have done to a factory prototype'. Nothing too radical, keep it classy. I personally like my LeCarra wheel with the billet black bowtie horn button. My Momo Seats match the facoty rear seat material- got lucky finding racing recliners that did. I also fit the factory shoulder harness seat belts through the seats- again a somewhat factory look, but custom. The stereo is a 1.5 din Pioneer unit that fits in the factory slot without a filler plate- no ugly there. Nice thick rubber floormats. I have a Hurst black pistol grip shifter with a Hurst dual gate shifter and a custom plate design I am going to custom machine that will look custom factory also. The pistol grip shifter has Hurst in white letters and kindof matches just like the bowtie horn button has.

P.S.- in the pictures is acutally the world first B & M factory looking prototype shifter with a factory detent button and **** attached. It looks stock, but is not. George at B & M gave it to me a few years back and I did the R&D on it. It has a special racing throw gate on it. you'd never know it unless you try and drive it- you should see the few times vallet attendants have tried to drive it- its quite humerous when they have to ask how to shift it into gear. Its kinof a press pull release pull press pull release pull thing, and versa vica.

Re: interior pics?
See, that is what we ALL should be doing! It follows my own philosophy of trying to get my car to where I think the factory designers would have taken it IF the 'suits' weren't looking over their shoulders! Or ideally, if GM had come to me with a 3rd Gen Camaro and said 'here is what we have to work with- we have all these resources and parts available (LS1 engines, carbon fiber, leather seats, custom stereo, trick wheels, LEDs, 4 wheel disc brakes, unlimited suspension and chassis mods)- WHAT DO YOU THINK?' Isn't that what this site is all about?

I was going to recover my seats with the OEM material, then I found out it was less expensive to go with something else....

Re: interior pics?
Here's mine so far....I've still got a little "tweaking" left to do to get it just right.
Future plans include black 4th gen belts, recovering the light grey cloth in the upper door panels with black leather.

Re: interior pics?
They are Momo Recliners. Momo discontinued there entire line of seats and are supposedly coming out with a new line. These are no longer availiable.

Re: interior pics?
I have red rings around my guages, along with the early 4th gen console and 4th gen door panels. Thats how the factory shoulda did it as far as I'm concerned! i also have a blazer roof console with the compass and mileage and temp, I just havent gotten the wiring finished yet except the lights.
I need new seats then I'll be set.
I'll post pics when I get home from work.

Re: interior pics?
check out trimcar.com. they can make just about any kind of upholstry that you want. Just take the old fabric off your seats and send it to them and they will use it to pattern your new seat upholstry. they do 2 tone, leather, plush vinyl, embroider. you can even send them your own design to embroider! I just did mine and they came out awesome! all 4 seats, 2 tone, embroider, in plush vinyl, for 650 shipped. all I have to do is get them on my seats now. I looked all over, and this is the best deal for what you get. You can't even tell the difference between plush vinyl and real leather. 3 local shops wanted 1800- 2300 dollars for the same thing.

parted everything out a broken trans am. thats why I have a bird on my wheel..
and the parts that didnt fit? well, since everything was out of the car ( even the dash )
I might as well paint it all the same brokenwhite/grey color the rest has.
