Brake pedal and gas pedal?

I was wondering if anyone knows where you can get some nice aftermarket brake and gas pedals? I was looking at mine the other day and decided that they need to go.

Re: Brake pedal and gas pedal?

Scroll down about half way. THESE ARE DIRECT FIT, REPLACEMENTS.....NOT STICK ON OR CLAMP OVER

You will REMOVE old pedals and SCREW these new ones into the existing holes.

http://www.autovationparts.com/store...letCamaro.html

I plan to get the GRID Series (+$50) with Brushed Heel Guard. Total comes to $217.50 for me shipped to my door.

I have an AUTOMATIC.

Re: Brake pedal and gas pedal?

Here is another place that can do custom engraving

http://www.ultimatepedals.com/catalo...x.php?cPath=29

E-MAIL THEM FOR OPTIONS AND BECAUSE THEY DONT OFFER 82-92 PEDALS ON THEIR SITE BUT AM SURE THEY CAN MAKE THEM...AND CUSTOM TOO.

Maybe get the firebird logo on them???

I got the cheapies from Kragen and haven't really regretted it ever:

The trick to these is to leave the rubber part of the pedals on when you put them on.

Man, I hated that steering wheel. hehe

Do all aftermarket pedals go over the factory rubber piece?

My MBA billet pieces require the removal of the OE pedals. There's a pic below in my Car Details.

Just the cheap kind, anything $40 and under I'd say. But then again I wouldnt buy anything thats a cover anyway, like buying a cover for a radiator cap....I just hate knowing whats underneath is junk....and I had to COVER it to make it look good.

That's a nice touch but I'll stay with the cheapies until I hit the show circuit.

Nice car, James.

Re: Brake pedal and gas pedal?

James, great pedals. How do you remove the pedals? Just remove the rubber part and install the new pedals?

Yes. The new pedals have set screws to hold them in place. I also had to trim down the accelerator pedal. I've never had to adjust them.

What the heck interior color is that? Is it some rare salmon color, or is it just badly faded red?

They dont have to.I made the gas pedal fit like the OEM.Using the same pin & spring to it pivots. The brake pedal is screwed to the OEM piece.I just drilled holes so you can see thru the brake pedal. These are cheap ebay items.
