Re: The wrong move can SQUISH Your Project, Literally

welcome to TGO! ...now to your question, I'm not sure where you could get one. I know what you mean. I would obviously recommend the boneyard, but 1990 is a hard year to find. And I think the bezels/trim for the late thirdgen Firebirds is different than the mid 80's. I'm pretty sure they'll bolt up, but the mid 80's one is usually more "square-ish"...I think. Maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong. It might be the that the buttons are different. Eitherway, good luck, I'd suggest searching around the site for interior pics and see what years are identical....

Re: The wrong move can SQUISH Your Project, Literally

I have boxes and boxes of parts that i need to check out to see if i have the 3 switch one. You live in east meadow, ask some of the other NYTHIRDGEN guys at hooters if you plan on going. Till then I will check to see if any of my boxes are not too buried in my garage attic. I have alot of the firebird parts, the other NYTHIRDGEN guys have camaros.

HAHah, Lucky You your T/A is painted, All I can really say is the Engine bay and Door openings are the only things that are painted, and Im still waiting for the Kid who Lives a few Blocks From me to sell me the t top seals i have been waitin for... I wish I could get a Nice Price to get my car painted.. I went to a few local body shops to see what a Price would be, and I make sure I bring Money to let them know Im serious and not some kid with little to no Money.. and Ive got Prices up to $4,000.00 ... I think I may do it this summer On my own.. The door panels and Engine bay came out Pretty damn good... But I have to paint it soon, primer cant hold up forever...

P.S if anyone paints cars I.M me Aol S/n Rad1989ta

Ok, yeah, my TA did have the three-switch panel there. I tho9ught you were going to post a pic of your broken one so I could see if it matches the look of mine. Let me find where the heck I put mine after I removed it and snap a pic for you.

We've all broken/caused damage to things by mistake, don't beat yourself up about it lol.

The car wasn't at the JY today. It was an 89 or 90 formula and it had the one you needed.
I wish I knew about this earlier I would'ev definitely snagged one for ya.

Here are two pics. Nothing broken, but there are scratches on the plastic from regular use.

Are you sure you want only the one switch, and not to buy the whole unit?

Updatew I no longer have a squished panel. I got a new one From bull and Unlike E-bay you cant leave feedback, so I will leave some info about the transaction so Other people who wish to buy from him in the future can feel more comfortable in the sale..

I stated in the forum that I needed a new switch panel.. He replyed that he ahd one which he did, and from the pics It was In great shape... I sent out a money order, and he sent it right out.. The Price was very fair too.. I got the package when I got Home tonight and I opened it to find the same exact NICE Piece I was told about, I Highly recommend Buying from BULL if he has something you may Need, all truth and no " Bull" haha...

Now for the E-bay Version of Positive feedback...

A+++++++ Great Transaction Item as stated, very Please will DEF do business again, HIGHLY RECCOMEND! ++....lol

Why cant all transactions be this smooth? i was looking at a post where a guy got ripped off, he wanted a hood, sent out the money order to a guy on here and never got anything back. man that sucks. i need my car to get painted too, i wonder if we all get together and ask the guy that has the bodyshop if he could give us a discount if we guarantee him a few cars to paint.one last thing, anyone on here good in finding a short?
