looks very nice! high quality!

I'm not a big fan of the gold trim, but it may look better in person than in the pics. I do like the look of the leather, and the 25th Anniversary in the headrest. They did a good job. Car is looking good.

Only $800!!!!!!!! WOW dude I would say that you really got a steal. While I'm not a big fan of the gold I think you were able to pull it off really well. I've priced around and got quotes from $500-&800 for just my seats, and that is deffinatly not leather. Do your wheels also have the gold trim?

Yes my wheels have the gold trim. I have two sets of wheels ...91-92 Z28's and the 85 IROCs...both in Gold...polished....hence the gold trim on the inside

looks old school and very sporty
but i do not think it is leather.I do upholstery and the shade of the material along with the grain makes me believe it is a leatherette.
but even if it is a leatherette,800 for what was done is still a steal.

Not sure to the actual details of the material. I know when we took the OEM's apart they was a lot of vinyl on seats that were sold as all leather. I will never believe the dealership again...LOL
If my material is leatherette as you say it is very, very thick, soft, pliable and easy to clean. I believe he told me it was leather but if not I am happy with whatever the material is. The price was a steal.
As long as it last a long time, looks good, does not crack or fade I will be happy.

Sorry- don't like the door panels. Look cheap and featureless... seats look pretty good though. Smokey and the Bandit would did it too...

Re: Power seats recovered and back in...pics here...
Actually the door panels look pretty good. Maybe it is one of those things that don't come across great in pictures. I like the "all" blackness with just the gold piping to match the seats. I didn't want any wording in the panels and I did not want the panels to be the "superstar" of the interior - that's the seats role. Actually the panels have every stich, cut and angle of the original door panels, just in all black.
