Interior screw kit available - yes or no

We are doing a groundup rebuild of a 82 transam.

The interior panels have been repainted and seats recovered.

Does anyone know if anyone sells an interior screw kit for the panels??

Thanks,

Fred/NZ

I'd guess the bone yards are your best bet.

I second this!

When I was fixing my faceplate on my gauge cluster and other switches, i needed to replace some of the missing torx screws. No other place was as easy as my local junkyard. Still bought something but the screws left in my pocket! Figure my 2 dollar entrance fee covered the .30-80 cents of screws I made off with.

I believe classicindustries.com has original interior screw sets.

Re: Interior screw kit available - yes or no

I picked up the plastic retainer clips (10 per bag) from Modern Day Muscle.

The black panel screws and extra screw backs I bought from Florida Auto Fasteners (ebay store) http://stores.ebay.com/Florida-Auto-Fastener

They sell the black screws and backs in a 5 pack (you'll need 2 packs) and extra backs (you'll need some) in a 10 pack.

I found them to be the cheapest. Good company to deal with and fast shipping.
