alright i get paid thusday and want to get some of those light up guage overlays for my car.i have some question first where can i get them, second how hard are they to put in, and i have the weird 85 mph speedometer with mph on one side and km on the other side will they still work?

If I were you, I'd look into getting a different cluster. The reverse glow gauges can be found on ebay for about 20 bucks. I have yet to install mine properly on my 145 cluster I just picked up, but it looks like some clipping and tweaking will need to be done for them to fit correctly.

thanks for the reply if i were to go to the junkyard and get a 110 or 145 mph cluster out of another camaro would it be a direct drop in?

110 cluster are electronic driven. being that yous is an '84, you will need an electronic driven cluster. the 85 will be direct drop in but the 145 will need some more things. New oil pressure sending unit will be required. Check the tech board at the homepage. Just keep in mind, that you will need the style with separate gauges. If you need help find either, let me know I have some spares.

thanks for the reply so what model and year would i be looking for to be a direct drop in i just wanna get rid of the 85 mph speedometer

between 86-89 on all v8 cars. i lied, in 86 only the fuel injected v8s got the 145.

ok thanks sorry for all the questions i know where an 88 camaro is in the junkyard would that work and also what all do i need to take off the car for the swap
