I think I found the original owners Debit Card, expired in 93. I also found 3 house type keys and $1.43 in loose change. Don't tell the IRS about the loose change, my taxes have already gone up enough this year!

Re: No doubt a pointless thread, but what's the weirdest thing youv'e found in your c
I worked in a salvage yard when I was 19 and found some pretty strange stuff. A gun once, porno mags, one car had like $50 in change, the weirdest thing was a tooth with chunks of bone. Dude had his head blown off. Owner of the yard sold the seat out of the 80 F150. Buyer asked what was all over the seat. He told him "I don't know, I think one of the guys had lunch in there and spilled it." Hand to god, true story.

Re: No doubt a pointless thread, but what's the weirdest thing youv'e found in your c
This is thread the best. Haha decided to share a little of mine finds. Anywhos i picked up '91 B4C awhile ago and started tearing it apart. Taking the seats out I found the usual change, candy, cig butts, and dog hair. Then upon pulling the center console I found a genuine brass knuckle that slipped must of found its way through the e-brake slot.
Bada$$. Then it the drivers rear quarter there was a autobody hammer.
A little rusty but a nice brand. (still have it just can't think of the name) Then there is tonight, cleaning the passenger side floor pan I found a 9mm bullet hole.
Haha made my day. THis summer my buddy bought a '85 Camaro. Up by the ALDL connector there was a crack pipe and lighter. Gotta love these cars and the type that used to drive them.

I bought a Honda acorrd and it came with a sock and a zip tie for a air filter...and as I made it a demo car I just left it that way, suprisingly those cars can take a hit high recamended for first driverss and people that like to hit stuff
Re: No doubt a pointless thread, but what's the weirdest thing youv'e found in your c
I have found a glass vial with a clear liquid under the shifter. The Police were unable to identify what it was. I also found the spare key in the front clip which was a plus.

Car was missing the rear view mirror when I got it. Discovered the mirror under the passenger seat when I was putting in my new leather buckets... Don't know how it got under there, as it wouldn't fit with the seat in place. But hey, at least I have a mirror now.

I haven't yet taken a look in the rear storage compartment, despite owning the car for almost a year.

Not too wierd but I found that my car was owned by an idiot at one time. While working on my gauge cluster discovered the Service Engine light was removed and no where to be found. Dont want to deal with SEL right now. anybody got a spare twist on jobby laying around.

I found a couple dollars in change, sockets, screws, fuses, lug nuts, gas caps. Pulled the back seats and found about an inch of grass seed under each one and a torx socket, when I pulled the passenger door panel there were big chunks of hard red plastic looking stuff in the bottom of the door and a couple rivets. Quart of ATF in the rear storage compartment. Spare tire and jack are gone.

In all my cars I've found french fries, sockets, Euro/Yen/US coins, half of a dollar bill, a Leatherman, a flashlight, pair of sunglasses, chopsticks, a USB drive (with nudity pics...score!), keys to a Hertz GMC Yukon rental, baseball bat, a dog leash, dog treats, a lizard skeleton, a bra, and a large marble in a gas tank.

Under the passenger seat: a 10 mm quarter inch drive socket and pieces of my original passenger side window. Under my driver side rear seats, pieces of the tint that once covered the rear window, inside my AC/heater box I found the remnants of a rats nest when I was 12, and the rest of it last week, and God knows what else I'm forgetting

The car I had came from a horse farm and the lady had it parked in a field. I brought it home and a couple days after it started to smell inside. I removed the back seats and found a family of mice who burrowed into the seat foam. I also found $4 in small change and a coupon for a hair cut that expired in 98.

#2 - a joint in the ash tray. This was after crossing the USA/Canada border each way. Yikes!
and...drum roll... #1 - a naked polaroid photo of the original owner when the car was brand new circa 1983. Yes, he was posing with the car.
Too bad it wasn't a female owner - that would have gone on the garage wall in a frame.

Out of the four Camaro's that I have owned the oddest thing would have to be the dead cat I found under the passenger seat. Was working on putting another motor into the car due to the current one frozen when I got it and started to smell something and noticed was coming from the car so started looking through the car and found a orange tabby cat hiding that got caught on the seat and didn't get out.

Trying to find an alternator for my '88 Firebird picking around a junkyard thirdgen I found a 1988 5$ bill stuck between the drivers side exhaust manifold and some other random garbage.
I pocketed the $5, looked to be stuffed there for good luck back in the 80's. It was mangey.
Now its my good luck charm!

The usual change and misc bits, but in an 84 Z28 we had at one time, found an Arby's paystub from the 80's, dude made like $36.00. It had a lot of info on it compared to today, including his SS#.
Also found 5 or 6 pages of hospital dr. notes from an ER visit for a young child, sounded like they were pretty sick.

This actually applies tomy 2nd gen 79 Z28, but could have easily happened to my 82 or 86 Z28's that were parked right next to it.....
I had an issue with field mice quite a few years ago. Put out DeCon, and that fixed it. A few years later I was pulling the seats out of my 79 Z to clean the carpet. Reached up under the passenger frt set fishing for bolts, grabbed what felt like a handful of leaves and came back with a fossilized mouse shell. It kinda freaked me out a bit, and I finished with gloves on after that.

when i got my 88 i found a whole catback exhaust, some tools, a tub of vaseline...a **** ton of monopoly pieces, old cigs, a needle with weed rez on it by the seat, an empty bizzaro packet, flakes of bud everywhere and old edelbrock headers installed on the lil 305 (was that a stock option??) There was also a little hunting knife stashed in the drivers sun visor, think that was the best i found haha
Re: No doubt a pointless thread, but what's the weirdest thing youv'e found in your c
Along with the obligatory loose change and french fries, I found an old cell phone under the back seat. Yes....There were pics on it of the previous owners "Junk" and his girlfriend or wifes huge booty. I told my daughter not to charge it up and look but NOOOOOOO. As usual, She didnt listen to dear old dad. I can still hear the scream and laughter.

Weirdest thing? Myself. I made sure the two thirdgens I've bought were pretty damn clean. However, a little leaf from Florida took the whole trip back to Michigan with me in my hatch gap. So that's about it.

You know, so much time has gone by I'm sure that person would be flattered that you took the liberty of scanning and uploading said photo. I don't know how thirdgen.org will feel
