Ok, go to your local auto store and get epoxy, make sure to get one with the pluggers that will help mix it correctly, so it will make a good mixture and look on the back or side to make sure it will bond plastic and metal. (If you really have no idea, ask the guys working there, they should know and will help you.) I recomend getting the 60 sec as it will harden fast so you will not need to sit there forever and it's strong enought to do the job and not over kill if you need to pop it off again. Go home read the instruction on the back and follow.

I found that pulling baby oil around the edge of the emblem and leting it sit and then taking a hairdryer and heating the emblem up, makes it come off the best.

Aren't there tabs on the back that insert into two holes pre-drilled in the dash?

The emblems just snap into the holes in the dash. The old one just snaps out. No thread nuts, nothing.

Epoxy?!

No need for epoxy. Just slide something flat like a screwdriver or butter knife and pop it foward. Re-install with double sided emblem 3M tape. Entire process 3-5 minutes.

Re: 92 RS dash emblem removal?

Has anybody thats posted come across a DASH emblem that was put on from the factory with any kind of adhesive? I've pulled dozens of these things off and every one had tabs...No adhesive, epoxy, 3M tape etc... You would need something like that if your tabs were broken, but if not they just stick in the pre drilled holes.
