New Steering Wheel

My steering wheel on my 92 RS has seen better days. Unfortunately its an airbag wheel so installing a new one will be a b****. Im not a big fan of those Grant wheels that everyone seems to have. I saw a few MOMO ones that looked realllyyy nice, but i dont think i want to spend 250 on a wheel. I saw this APC one that looked kinda cool. Not sure if anyone has this one, or if anyone has any insights on these wheels...

It says it is a universal fit wheel, but i dont know if I believe that.

Re: New Steering Wheel

Not sure if you're interested, but the 4th gen wheels are a direct bolt-on, and they look much better, and still have the "CAMARO" on the airbag. Only thing that needs changed is the plug for the airbag - the 4th gen wheels have a smaller plug, so some small wire-splicing needs done.

Re: New Steering Wheel

Sorry, I dont. I see them on ebay all the time (there's several there now - search "93 97 camaro". Sometimes you have to find 2 different sellers, one with the wheel, and one with the airbag. I got lucky and picked one up off a wrecked car for $60. Check Craigslist for a local parting out a wrecked car, or check the junkyards, as well as eBay. You'll get one, it just takes patience.
