need advice: redoing visors
the visors in my 87 iroc are in sad shape.. so last night i took one out and started cutting the thread that was holding it together. i plan on using all of the old stuff as patterns for the new.. my question is this: what do you suggest i use to replace the old worn out 'cardbaord' that wraps around the wooden part?? it needs to be thin enough to sew through and be able bend without creasing. has anyone done this or have ideas??? thanks!

Corrugated sheet paper is what i would use.If you hand stitch them, like i did mine. The thinner the better, but i re-used the orginals though.
