86 TTOP interior specs

I'm looking for the interior specs for a 86 TTOP, i've tried searching but the links keep jerking me off. I'm curious about the head & leg room, i'm 6'3 & i've sat in several coupes before that were really a tight fit. Thanks

Re: 86 TTOP interior specs

nice, bought the car today... the TTOP is what gave me enough head room, without that it would have cricked my neck.

Some seats and or brackets can make a difference as well. From what I understand manual brackets provide more room. The difference between 3rd gen 4th gen seats can help as well. My experience with that is a bit different from what I've read on here though.

Re: 86 TTOP interior specs

I am 6'5" and have a 92 RS. I have plenty of leg room. Plenty of head room and I love the stock seats. I have other cars and bigger trucks and I feel more comfortable in my camaro then any of my other vehicles.

Re: 86 TTOP interior specs

I'm 6'2" with a 36" inseam and I have plenty of room. I have a 3rd Gen due to my head being 1/2" away from the roof of a 4th Gen.

X2. The manual seat sits lower to the floor compared to the power seat. The manual/tilting tracks from a Firebird are still a little higher than the regular tracks.
