What is this piece?
Its on the inside and its the piece of trim that goes between the speaker panel cover to the seat belt hole.

sail panel cover, cant seem to find it anywhere but thanks for a name.

Are you talking about the broken seat belt bezel? A GM dealer can sell you a replacement that has a cut in it so it'll slip on the existing belt and cover the slice in the headliner.

The only way I can find the sail panel cover is with the headliner kit which includes the headliner, sail panels and sun visors. About $260 for the kit

Yeah, I paid less then $10 at the dealership a few years ago. Start there. Dealership prices are going to be as low as you'll find anywhere until they're reproduced. Resellers like Hawks buy them from GM and then jack the prices so they can make a profit. GM already makes a profit, and they don't charge you shipping.
