thecovergirl Dash Mats
Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
Thanks for the heads up.
SO where is the best place to get a dash mat from? I am in australia and postage is the killer but im in the USA in July going to Anaheim, New York and Las Vegas.
Is there anywhere around these areas i could pick a dash mat up from? Also anyone around these areas who have a set of the door scuff plates.

Here is you are out of business
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/afte...s-bowties.html
Another thread that says they aren't happy with you:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/afte...her-seats.html
I can't find a SINGLE thread in the Vendor Review forum from anything newer then 2009 where people say they are happy with you.
I honestly don't care, your attitude here would be enough to make sure I never do business with you.

Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
I'm a recent covergirl customer (just received the seat covers a few days ago) and I can honestly say I am pleased with her work. The seats came out great and her customer service was excellent. She sent me samples and made sure I got the right color to match my interior. It seems that problem she had in the past is just that, a thing of the past. She was in email contact with me throughout the whole process to let me know when she started and when she finished. I know there were problems in the past but I think that old thread should stop being brought up.

Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
I've read plenty of threads about thecovergirl as well and last I read, she was no longer doing work. So if she is back in business maybe she should reply to these threads saying the matter has been resolved and doing business again instead of being disrespectful to a moderator. It is VERY immature.

Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
Well, when somebody just keeps poking at the same thing that had been resolved and there are numerous posts on here saying it was resolved, what am I supposed to think or do??????? Enough is enough in my book. It's over, finished and done, so why keep bringing it up???????? I never ripped anybody off and still haven't and don't plan to! Like the guy above said, the moderator could only find two posts of the SAME thing from the SAME guy and could not find all of the ones of the happy customers I had. If he is a moderator, he could find them if he wanted to, but instead wants to keep poking. I'm not going to put a big post on here that I am still doing work only because as soon as I do, everybody will just post the same thing they have been about me being a ripoff. Talk about immature????????? Come on now!

Also, lose the ****-poor attitude or you will lose even more business. Things happen. Clear them up and then things will get better. Arguing with a mod is not going to help you at all.

Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
I read that thread and it is not clear at all that it is resolved. Like I said, I have read numerous posts on this forum saying you are out of business. If this is not true then that is fine, but you may want to make that clear instead of assuming we are keeping track of your life step by step.
Also, lose the ****-poor attitude or you will lose even more business. Things happen. Clear them up and then things will get better. Arguing with a mod is not going to help you at all.

Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
I'm not arguing with the mod. I said what I had to say and that was it. I left him alone. You must not have found the post where the guy said he received a full refund then. I sent him a full refund and that was it. I don't owe anybody anything at this point. The guy wanted and refund and that is what he got. Sorry about the **** poor attitude, but I get sick of this crap over and over. Everytime I get on here, I see another post about me being a ripoff. I didn't rip anybody off period and I'm tired of trying to convince everybody that. Yes things happen and it is over and done, so why doesn't everybody go on and lets get along then? Yes I'm still doing work and if anybody needs anything I would be more than happy to help them.

I found it under 84 1LE. I don't know how to paste a thread into this. I tried and it comes up blank. So if you want to read where he says he received a full refund, go to his user name and click on all of his posts. It is on the Aftermarket Vendor Review.

No I don't have a website up yet. I'm working on that, but I don't know how soon it will be. If you need to see pics or anything, I can always email them to you if you need something for now though.

Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
Thecovergirl makes one sweet dash pad. Perfect fit stays in place no velcro needed. The pillars hold the mat down nice and snug so no need for adhesive. She had the mat ready to go and sent it out as soon as she got the money order. She had great customer she answereed all my questions and was very polite and pleasant to do business with. I definately recomend her. Her dash mats are top notch quality everything lined up perfect. Carpet used for the mat is real nice and should do a great job protecting my dash. Lines up nice and doesn't hang off the front. Thecovergirl does great work look at pics of her work. Definitely recommend her to anyone who wants quality work at a good price.

Re: thecovergirl Dash Mats
I am another satisfied customer that will vouch for the Cover Girl’s work. I had her recover the seats and door skins for my IROC along with several other small parts. She was very professional in our dealings and everything looks fantastic. She honored the price we had negotiated over e-mail even though there were a couple of unforeseen issues with the 25 year old interior parts I had sent her (sail panels and broken drivers seat frame).
I feel bad in that I had promised her I would write a thread on TGO showing the new interior to counter some of the bad press she draws here. Unfortunately, after having this stuff for about a year my interior is still only about half done (I travel a lot for my job). Hopefully this spring I can get my interior completed and post some pictures on-line for everyone to see The Cover Girl's craftsmanship.
I consider myself a fairly picky customer; if I ever need interior work done again I would use The Cover Girl’s services again in a heartbeat. She is easy to work with, her prices are fair and her workmanship is outstanding.
