If the 4th gen seats come with the brackets (seat rails) on them (which mine did) they bolt right on (usually the seat rails are on).
Honestly, all i did was put it in the car, lift it up, and plop it down and all of them lined up, put the bolts and it works fine.

Rear seats are bolt up as well, although on mine i have noticed that if you push on a seat on the far left or right it kinda bends funny, but it is not a problem for me.

If your 3rd gen currently has the power seat track, you can remove it from the current seat and it will bolt perfectly onto the 4th gen seat.

If you would like to keep the new seat power, just wire it directly to the fusebox and make sure to a fuse in the link/wire to box, so you dont burn your car down!!!
