I always smell like exhaust after a cruise.
I have sealed all wholes in firewall and the spot under shifter (since mine used to be a manual car). Looking to get any other suggestions so that after I go for a cruise I wont smell like exhaust! Where else to seal that im not thinking of, what else to do ..

Theres always going to be air coming in. Maybe your exhaust manifolds are leaking and it's coming in through your hvac intake?

yea its right under the car around where the ujoint and rear axle is. moving it to rear and outside would make that much difference? like to have it not showing.
and wanted to stay away from going over the rear axle, any other suggestion to routing

I almost did the side pipes, but ran out of scrap pieces to make it. Also got tired of laying on back on and off the car to weld. lol.

Silly question... What do you have for breathers/PCV setup? Is it factory or do you have open breathers?

Perhaps you have an exhaust leak by your headers, and that which is leaking, is sneaking into the holes where the Heater Core goes through the firewall, then the air from ac/heater is pushing that exhaust leak into the vents, and onto you.

I bet if you had some sort of tailpipes sticking out from under the car it would take care of it, i had the same problem with an old car i had a couple years ago, the exhuast turned down at the rear end on it too, i finally broke down and put some tail pipes on it and it took care of it.
