Rear view mirror movement
This might seem like an odd question, but is is possible to get the mirror to stop shaking? It seems to have gotten worse lately, and I wonder if there is some kind of adjustment for it that would fix it.

If your reffering to the mirror on the windshield, there is a small allen wrench bolt that can be tightened at the base where the shaft meets the glass.

That's adjusted pretty tight. It seems to come from the actual ball joint that the mirror hinges on.

When that gets worn out that much there's not much you can do besides replacement. I've got some good tight used ones if you have the one with map lights. PM or email me your email address for pics and other info if interested, Henry

Re: Rear view mirror movement
Unless your keeping the car stock I tried this sleek 10"x2.5" as opposed to the stock and IMO it looks very clean and once you get used to the 10" long mirror the others seem lacking.Hold them side by side and you will see what I mean. (there's a 2" difference in mirror length.)so its not extreme.

Should be able to slide off the old one and just slide the new one onto the window existing mount .Done
