As far as I know they are just normal Phillips head trim screws that you should be able to find at any local hardware store.

Are they missing, or is the plastic broken out around the screw hole?

The screws are just a black Phillips finish screw. You probably don't want 100 of them, but here you go. From the book of Auveco... The 1/2" is probably about right.

Are there any good fixes if the plastic broken out around the screw hole?

I was going to use some plastic filler that you can sand and then paint.

Sand the back side of the hole flat, rough up the area around the hole to give it some tooth. Then cut a 1" square piece of scrap ABS. 5-minute Epoxy the ABS square over the oversize hole. Drill an 1/8" hole in the right spot, follow up with a countersink. Easy and effective.

A even better fix is some of those interior trim screws with the built in washers that you can find in the HELP section of your local parts house. They are in black or chrome.

Yes, but I already did that, and now the holes are even bigger. Time for a repair.
