The wife and I travel to the cottage a few hrs each way with the Iroc and our cell phones end up all over the place. It's a disaster Thanks

magnetic mounts? I saw them on Amazon. They are like chef knife wall magnets but stick to the dash somewhere. I yse something similar for UBER / door dash cell mounting

Find the nearest trash can and throw them in. You're addicted and "Big Brother" is watching your every move.

The steering wheel should be in his hands and he should be paying attention to the traffic - nothing else!

What are you using phones for? Maps / driving? Or just to answer calls?

If its to answer calls get a good BT head unit and use the cars audio system. Leave the phone in your pocket. hands free!

If not get the magnetic one. You can easily take your phone in and out of your car vs the clip / holder units.

or just get a cup holder and throw the phones in there. Someone installed a marine cup holder into the camaro console...I did that for my truck and use it for drinks or to hold my phone.

Easy.

On a 3 - 3.5 hr trip one way I have a drink in the cup holder I added in the console and it falls out of the ashtray. I actually need a second cupholder for my wifes drinks. I do have a Bluetooth stereo in the car but I get a lot of BS calls from search engine optimization companies that the phone ID`s far better than the stereo. I might try and hang 2 holders from underneath the air vents in the center of the dash

I still say try the magnetic one.

It looks like a chef knife maget.

the third gen dash is perfect for something like that.

Likin' it......my wife says she should be ok just leaving hers in her purse or whatever. I'll hold off on the second one. I screwed it to the underside of the dash with some small sheetmetal screws. Its solid
