Is this heater/AC box control part available?

I've had my 87 Firebird since July. There was a hissing coming from the heater AC controls and I found the fix for that mentioned on this forum and fixed that this evening. Then I discovered that the lower control lever cable (hot to cold) moves the cable end located at the bottom of the heater/AC box but the V shaped lever attachment is missing. I saw a good picture of it on a repair video. A stud about 3/8ths of an inch sticks down which I assume is part of a flap that it is supposed to move. Is that V shaped part available? I've looked some but haven't found one or how to install it without it coming back off. Thanks

The lever you see on the video with the cable is what I need that's missing. It has a round flat washer that fastens it. That's the picture you see. In your pictures your box looks different or there isn't a picture of the bottom of the box. Thanks.

Do you not see the YouTube video picture under my post? It shows up on my end. Anyway it is titled :
. The picture is from the bottom looking up. It looks like I see the cable on yours. It is the cold and hot selector cable controlled from the bottom selector on the dash control. It shows it at 1:42 into the video.

Yes that is the part seen in the 3 pictures. The bracket in the video I watched shows it with 2 studs about an inch apart which makes it a Y shape. It only needs one stud since there is only one cable that attaches. I know the rod that sticks out has a D shape. It sounds like it isn't reproduced but since it is pressed on it looks like I need to find one on an old heater box. I'll have to think about how to make one also.
