The module is probably the same between with & without traction control. I need the module & cable (which is different), & was hoping to find a match set. Below are some pictures that show the difference in the cable.
The first picture shows the cable for WITHOUT traction control. It has a black clip on the end of the cable that attaches on the throttle lever of the throttle body. That's the one I need.
The second picture is for WITH traction control. It has a barrel on the end of the cable where it attaches to the traction control motor.

Yes...to confirm... The module is the same, but the cable will be different. TC cars had a cable that went over to the TC motor. The module tries to give it gas at the same spot that the accel pedal does, so the TC can still keep it from spinning.
I used to have the part numbers for the cable. Back when I did my swap the cable was super cheap from GM. Like $20 or less. Check over on tech for the part number. I have a module and cable, but Im still going back and forth on using it. I should be looking into it more soon, and if I decide not to, Ill let you know. If youre still looking that is.

I've been able to find them on Ebay, but my budget is tight & thought I'd post in the classifieds to see if a member might have something that was less expensive, or might want to trade for something.
My donor car had traction control & the module is bad, which leaves me needing the module & cable. Let me know if you decide not to use yours.

Well that stinks.... Course I bought mine back in 2006. Jeez where does time go haha.
Someone out there still has to have some sitting around. Maybe make a few phone calls armed with the part number to some dealers and see if someone has some NOS? Hard to believe every single one of them is taken up. Somebodies got em.

I found one on ebay that was in good shape. I originally purchased the incorrect one and found the right one for $65 a couple days ago. They have another one listed of an LT1 but I am almost positive they interchange with the ls1 module and cable.
