LT1 engine sensors

Anyone know where I can purchase all new engine sensors for my LT1 build? I need everything except emissions stuff for my supercahrged 383 LT1 build.

Any parts store. Why do you need all of the sensors?

Re: LT1 engine sensors

I bought a partially complete 383 LT1 from someone who had none of the sensors. I had the entire motor rebuild from scratch for a supercharged 383 build and now need to get all the sensors for the engine. I guess I could try to find a junked LT1 and take them from that but since I am doing every single thing new I would rather get all new AC Delco sensors as well.

I was thinkin of just Autozone or Advance but was just wondering if there was someplace to just get a package of all the sensors making it easier but I guess it makes no difference.

Re: LT1 engine sensors

no, you'll end up buying the sensors individually, you'll have 2 o2s, 1 temp sensor for the waterpump, 1 temp sensor that goes in the head (for the gauge), 1 knock sensor, and of course, the TPS, IAC (both inlet air and idle air control) and the oil pressure sensor. I'm pretty sure that's all you'll end up needing.

Re: LT1 engine sensors

MAP, MAF and two knocks too

At $30-80 per sensor, that little kit just got expensive. Hit up a junkyard, most are interchangable with non-LT engines

Re: LT1 engine sensors

All of my LTx harnesses were based on B-body LT1 and they all had two knocks but they came together at a single terminal on the PCM

Strange
