I wanted to know whats the best choice of a harmonic balancer for swaping my ls6 into my 1991 camaro rs

the harmonic balancer will depend on which accessory setup you go with. If the engine's otherwise stock, just go with a stock replacement.

Its going to have stage 2 heads and cam and mostly bolt ons

unless you're going for very big power or are doing a blown setup, I don't personally see any reason to change the balancer. what are we talking about for bolt ons?

85mm to 90mm fast intake E3 sparkplugs msd ignition coils and spark plug wires and duel flow master exhaust

definitely no need to change the balancer then

I'd skip out on the E3s and go for some delco or ngk plugs.
msd coils seem to be hit or miss - most opt to stick with the factory pieces with good luck

check around ls1tech, you may be able to get more advice on better places to spend wisely on upgrades
