Only use a Fbody pan!!!!!!

I believe the problem with that pan is that it's too deep and sticks down below the crossmember.

this question comes up at least once a week.
fbody pan is the only one that does not hang lower than the kmember. stick with that one if you don't want issues with speed bumps and potholes.

Not just that. On some, the part in front of the sump is too deep and gets crushed against the kmember, and the sump could stick too far forward blocking where your y pipe should go.
