the only thing id be concerned with is clearing the upper rad hose but besides that it looks good...BUT remember that the filter being open is just sucking in hot air from the engine bay...can do what i did
cut a hole in the battery tray on the side that your canister is on and run the filter in front of the tire right under the tray...cold air from outside thus making a cold air intake..
made a noticeable difference for me and it sounds cool..can hear the air being sucked in..haha

Yeah I was thinking cutting out that tray area and run it down lower for the cold air like you said.
Intimidator Z, do you have those hose part numbers?

Oh and itsMikey, do you have a pic of your intake setup if it's similar to this?

i bought this exact kit but couldnt use it due to the size of the tb i had on my ls3 intake (90mm too big for their kit). when i get my new parts, I'll do a mock fitting for ya to see how it fits otherwise.

1aDan if you have pic of the intake setup that would be sweet, just to see what I'm working with. I have a stock TB so it shouldn't be a problem fitting there.
Re: This air intake setup work for ls1 swaps?
93-95 3.4 V6 upper hose. Put the long leg on the radiator and the short on the WP. Intake will fit underneath perfectly

Not a bad deal on the kit, quick glance looks like it may fit both the 3 wire and 5 wire MAFs. Mine was about $120, $30 x2 for the bends, $30 filter, $8 x2 couplers, $4 x5 clamps
Heard mine too, always a loud "shhhhhhhhh" when the car was shut off

Well maybe next week I might just order it and try. Just waiting for a few more parts. I'll be going speed density so I hope it won't be different not having a MAF

Got that kit from ebay today. Fitment is pretty good actually, maybe a little tight though near the p/s lines. But $70 for everything I guess you can't go wrong. I eventually wanna get about 6-8" more of the piping and kick it out toward the fender a little more, then cut the tray area and extend it down there. Just kinda mocked it up for now though just to show you guys how it looks....

i grabbed my new DIY intake from siliconeintake.com for a reasonable price, may be worth checking out if you're just looking for tubing. looks to fit pretty well for ya. between the rain and sprained ankle, I've been a failure at anything photo & car related.
