yeah most people plug those holes and move the o2 sensors further down the exhaust.
heres how mine are. you can kinda see them.

Re: stock 02s hit?
I slightly bent my driver side o2 just enough to clear the k member. The passenger side was put further down. Its been stated that the o2 locations dont work well for our swaps and relocating is the best option. If you get swap headers than the locations are done for you.

This is a stupid question but how did you bend it?
Re: stock 02s hit?
Why cant you move them slightly to fit the chassis? The ref should see that it clearly hits the frame and needs to be moved slightly. Its not like you're taking them out completely
Also, adding O2 bungs in the Y-pipe is a piece of cake and should cost <$30 at a shop

Talk to a ref. He'd be stupid not to allow you to turn the HO2 30* to clear frame of all things
If you pissed him off and he refuses, then cut a hole in the K-member and be prepared to cut the frame rails to fit the stock cats and Y-pipe in too. The stock cats will fit, but you have to cut them free of the flange and rotate them a few degrees and build a custom Y-pipe

Re: stock 02s hit?
Print off the picture above, mark the stock locations and where the cats have to go. Tell him why the stock HO2s wont work and show him the miniscule amount of rotation needed to get them to clear and where you'll be placing the rears
Re: stock 02s hit?
I might notch and reweld a pocket in the kmember for the 02s and cut and rotate the cats. The cat locations have to remain in the stock location however I dont believe rotating them will be a problem but I was told for sure I cant move anywhere but stock from the manifold.
