Solid motor mounts?

Just looking for your experience with the solid motor mounts. Would you recommend them and why would you? Looking for the opposite as well.

If its a daily go with poly. I love mine the vibration is barely noticable.

Re: Solid motor mounts?

It wont be a daily, maybe a couple days a week, and of course some strip days/nights. ( Unless the truck breaks down and needs repair)

Keep the thoughts and experiences coming please.

Re: Solid motor mounts?

I don't even have a LS motor. I have a cammed SBC and it idles smooth with solid mounts. No difference between them and the poly mounts I had before. It idles smoother than my 04 grand am 2.2.
