The parts i have 4.8 ls from 01-03 1500 with a 4l60e
spoon cross member
Ict brackets
Walbro 450 fuel pump
dirty dingo mounts.
Any information will be helpful.
I’m only running the 4l60e till I build a 4l80e

Re: 91 LS Swap
I put a video up a few weeks ago on what i did for my swap. I covered pretty much everything as far as options go for A/C and exhaust. You’ll want to get an f body oil pan to replace the truck pan, as it will hang below the k member. You’ll also need to replace the truck intake with one from a car. Ls6 intake would be the best bang for your buck. The stock 4.8 truck intake won’t clear the factory hood.

Re: 91 LS Swap
Yea you’ll need ls f body accessories as Im pretty sure the truck alternator won’t clear the hood. If you go with an f body 5.7 water pump, you’ll need all f body acessories. The spacing is different between the car and truck accessory drives. I’m pretty sure you need to drill and tap the block for the ls alternator bracket. My Lm7 5.3 did’t have the hole drilled, but the space is there. As for the water pump, it just bolts right up. No drilling or tapping required.

Re: 91 LS Swap
There is a few different options. Take a look in the power adder section for my thread, I have my 4.8/4l60e in already.
You will need an Fbody Pan, pick up tube, windage tray, dipstick, and dipstick tube. Along with this you should also purchase an ls1 intake and fuel rail along with an fbody water pump. You can purchase spacers to use the fbody water pump with the truck accessories.
I purchased ITC brackets that move the alternator to the left, along with moving the power steering pump. Everything has worked great. The kit also included the spacers for the water pump as well.

Re: 91 LS Swap
I bought a 5.3L truck engine and used an LS1 oil pan and a slightly modified LS1 accessory drive set-up. I chronicled that challenge here:
