So I finally got some decent pictures of the car with the new wheels and tires after a fresh wash. So what do you guys think of the car? I have a set of dropzone springs sitting the in the closet that I have been wating to install. I was also thinking of getting clear corner lights and tints for it. and also, I was gonna lose that stupid 86 brake light. I got the hatch cap things that close it up, so it will look stock without it, there will just be two more of those little circle things at the top of the hatch. tuneport335 did it first i think. anyways here are some pics. I got a little trigger happy with the camera!

let me know what you guys think and if you have any ideas for me. the old wheels can be seen in my sig or avatar.

If you paint the windows in the wheels I'd like it a lot more, especially if you went with a dark color that matched your ground effects. Without the windows painted the wheel loses it's effect.

I agree with Jim. I was wondering what the wheels were missing and thats it. Tinted windows would help too

like i said, i have lowering springs in my house waiting to be put in. i wanna do tints soon too. the rims were just powdercoated and i dont really wanna mess with them right now. i might try laying some electrical tape over them to see how the accents would look. thanks for the tips. o yea, and i have the fillers for the third brake light too and im gonna do that soon.

Nice car!
I would paint the wheel windows too, maybe a drak shade of gray or gloss black, they look unfinished now. Also a 35% tint would look good with the whole painscheme.
How do you plan on removing the third brake light. I want to do that to my car too, but I couldn't find any information on how to do it or the parts needed? Can you help me out?

Re: Finally! Good pics with the new rims! Suggestions welcome.
sure thing. i was thinking 20% tint by the way.
for the third brake light just remove it and there will be two holes. they will be exactly the same size and spacing as the holes for the four caps that go on the two top corners of the hatch glass. those like little black circles in the top corners. anyways, the holes will be the perfect size and just get two of those to fill in the two holes. get some silicone around the hole first to make sure it wont leak in any water, and then just bolt the "circles" in. should be pretty simple. i wanna get my lowering springs on before i start with that though. need motivation for the bigger project first.
