What I've been up to all summer...
After working (or waiting for parts) all summer in my free time, the Camaro is finally "done". Still need to get exhaust (Nov. 12th) then hook up the wideband O2, tune the chip and pass emissions one last time- then I'll probably switch the exhaust to dual 2.5". But it runs, it can be moved out of the garage without pushing and everything works so I'm happy. Here are some pics of the fun.

Nice, all summer huh? I did olmost as much in 6 days, but i bet you got 5x more money in yours. I kept the AC, i live in TX and drive the car way too much, wish i had EFI. Nice job man, load a sound clip when you get it to that point.

Very nice work man! Gotta love a freshly redone engine bay with a pretty Stealth Ram at home in it! How's the enigine built? What kind of numbers are you expecting out of it? I can't quite tell, but did you have a MiniRam or LT1 intake on there before? Or none of the above LOL.
Regardless, congratulations on lots of hard work paying off!!

It beautiful but................get rid of the coolant bottle! It looks so out of place in there. I would get one of those small cheap autozone ones. Other than that great job!!!!

Two fuel gauges? No coolant temp gauge?
Other than that, neato!

One is how much ''fuel'' he has and the other is how much fuel ''pressure'' he has,but i do have to question not having a temp guage in there you have plenty of room for four gauges unless you have it in the pods on the pillars

Fuel pressure and fuel level. The coolant temperature gauge is in the a-pillar along with wideband air/fuel ratio and transmission fluid temp.
Thanks for the compliments. It sure feels good to have it pretty much done (engine-wise, anyway).

Re: What I've been up to all summer...
Removing the HVAC and smoothing the firewall took a bit of time. Plus, I work full time and had another project going on at the same time and had some problems with getting the incorrect parts sent to me, so some of the summer was spent just waiting. I have a sound clip, but it's got open headers right now so the quality isn't that great. I'll wait til I get the exhaust on and see how it sounds.

Yeah, the STB is gone. The intake is supposed to clear the stock hood, but I have yet to reinstall the hood. It's gonna be close.

Yeah, the waiting for stuff that wasn't my fault got old. But I had another project going on so this got spread out longer than I expected anyway. Either way, well worth it.

Did you fabricate the dash panels, or where did you buy them from? They look pretty good.
