that not a terrible price....the CDN market is totally different---much higher prices.
Is the body and int as nice as the pics suggest?

Pretty nice. What you plan to do to it? Also this is the 1st time I have seen a camaro with a window wiper on the back window. Is that rare? Anyone?
Re: my "new" camaro
Really clean looking ride! Considering how clean it is and the low mileage, I don't think that price is unreasonable. I am just finishing my 383 stroker project in my 88. It's a fun project.
As far as learning to drive a stick, you'll get the hang of it in no time. My first "new" vehicle had a manual trans. I had never driven one before but wanted one anyway. My grandfather took me to buy it and then made me drive it off the lot and to the house. It was an interesting experience. I spent the next two days "practicing" in the driveway. Back up..pull forward..repeat. The rest is easy.

Re: my "new" camaro
clean lookin camaro, more pics! and that price doesn't seem too bad, whats the USD conversion for that amount?
as for driving stick- just sit with the car started and the clutch to the floor, then slowly let it up, once it reaches a certain point you'll see/feel the idle sink, stop there, thats the release point, any further and you'll stall. now just start depressing the gas and keep letting out the clutch as your hitting the gas. just do this in first, then switch to reverse and keep switching. this is how my Dad taught me a few years ago and it worked very well.

Re: my "new" camaro
awesome car, i knew i should have waited to find a manual car
i wouldnt say rare, but i'm pretty sure its just on the early years. i wanna say 82-84 and even then its not on every one.

Very nice car! That appears to actually be fully loaded! I see a power antenna, ERS, power seat, rear wiper, and the best part is that it has a manual! I really wish I had found a manual car now.
Re: my "new" camaro
Looks like a much much much nicer version of my 1983 camaro. Mine is the less optioned model though.
If you could by any chance.. Take a few pictures of your engine.. I took some stuff apart and i cant seem to find what i did wrong with it so it has high idle and stuff. I mainly needa know where the hoses connect too out of that thing next to the big radiator hose.. Would really appretiate it. kinda having a hard time finding an engine identical to mine.. so id like to use yours as a guide. lol

Nice, always glad to see a clean early third gen. Let me know if you have any questions specific to the 84 model, I've been wrenching on mine for 5 years now.

Re: my "new" camaro
The last one I drew up on my computer and printed it on vinyl sticker paper and put it on my cowl just like it was OEM.
----------
And I see no air conditioning, that means you can buy the Edelbrock Shock tower brace. They dont fit early model 3rd gens with A/C. I would put on a wonderbar, STB, and then the SFC... In that order. And I love the L/S "Camaro" interior. I have the same, just in blue.

Very nice and clean Camaro you found there.
My '85 Z28 has/had a rear window wiper. The word "rare" makes it seem like it's desirable.

The rear wiper isn't the most stylish part on the car, but with freeway driving it's very functional. I love mine.

Re: my "new" camaro
Overall I like the car.
Very clean, and at least around here a stick is a hard thing to find.
The ones I do see are usually gone before I even get a chance to see it.
I am not digging the interior color, but figured that if the car’s outer color was different, then the interior might go well.
Overall, very nice car, hope you get to enjoy it for years to come.
