Here are some pics of my camaro. im in the process of changing the front bumper+fenders. Aslo instaled a new chip in the ECM and will be instaling headers soon.

I'm trying to get an '84 Z28 back on the road that was dis-assembled and left in a friends back yard for the past 7 years. It is in pretty nice shape, just VERY dirty, and it didn't come with the engine or smog equipment. Putting in a mild 350 and a TH-350 trans, heavily cleaning and repairing with the hopes of driving by April. Still trying to get pictures to load on here, but I have a few posted in my myspace account (yeah, I know).

 

I dont have any pictures right now, but im taking out the 350 that was in my car when i bought it and putting in a hopped up 355. Pretty cool. My dad just started taking some intrest in in and now hes helping out. Ill get some pictures up later on.

 

saving money, and buying parts considering my car is sitting under a foot of snow right now on the side of the house lol

I am working on my dads car so I had to rent a place for the camaro away from home so no work this winter. I am in the process of picking up a used built 700r4 though. I just barely made it to the storage area with the TH350 almost toast in it. It will also be nice that I can actually drive my camaro outside of town without worrying about gas that much. 3.73 rear kill my millage.

Also need to figure out what is wrong with the carb too. Might be doing some rebuilding.

 

Post up some Pics TIMMYS89GTA if you can!. iggy89 hope every thing goes well with the tranny swap. I did one this summer and it went pritty well. took about 3-4 hours, but well worth it when your tranny is slipping like myn was or even yours loll. Here is a small video of the iroc running!.

And My car was all taking apart like that in the rear, put on a new bumper, and did some painting, put it back together, just need to put the ground fx back on, and all the interior pieces back in.

 

I have two active projects on the go....the red 88 GTA sitting on the rotisserie and the black 87 IROC that just came off it for fabrication to handle the new drivetrain.....The GTA will be on the road in the spring, the IROC will take another two years due to the cost of remaining parts. If you look close at the Camaro, you'll see the 10 point cage stuffed in there!

 

Thanks for the encouragement! I am not to worried about the swap. It was kind of a pain to get the TH350 on but I am hoping this round will be a lot smoother.

 

Been kind of slow because the weather here and New England and the IROC giving me problems but heres the 87 Sport Coupe 2.8/A4, switching to a 3.4/3400 hybrid and a T-5.

 

Got a couple pictures of the '84 Z28 with the inches of mud, dirt and leaves all cleared off. Sorry for the blurry pics, my cellphone does that from time to time. At least you can see my winter project that is likely to last through the spring.

I have instaled the new bumper and restored some faided trim, il have some pics up very soon!
