well I picked up another one. Another 92 camaro. Its a 305 5 speed car. Aftermarket exhaust, TA diff cover, adjustable panhard bar, aftermarket sway bars, shocks, springs, etc. Alot of susp. goods, the guy was building a car to go auto X and never finished. Its only got 81k miles on it too! needs the hood painted to match and some interior stuff done but besides that the car is perfect. I can't find a dent or ding in it. Looks great when cleaned up.

Very nice is there anything dont the the motor? whatca got for plans? nice catch though!

 

nothing much, Its got 3 in. exhaust all the way back, edelbrock valve covers, bigger K&N filter that fits into the cowl hood, I don't see anything else with the motor, I was told they were gonna replace it with something bigger but the guy ended up selling it before then with about the price I paid in the susp. setup alone.

Plans? Paint the hood to match with stripes, stock steering wheel going back in, maybe put the interior back to stock. Can't decide if it's worth the trouble right now. the seats do there job in the corners so they have purpose.

 

That is one clean RS! I would personally get rid of the awful interior. Go back to stock steering wheel, shifter, and seats up to you. As for the exterior it looks amazing!

 

When I find all the stock stuff I need it will go back to stock. I need more funds so it will be a few months, and you wouldn't believe how clean it is

what rear lower control arms are those? I'm asking because if they are solid boxed arms with poly bushings in each end they are NOT the hot setup for handling. They will make the car very loose very suddenly, I made the same mistake on my car so I know.

Also what shocks and struts are on it?

I noticed you were considering getting rid of the seats. What kind are they? Do they have fixed backs or do they recline?

 

Man!! That car looks amazing!! Very Clean. What wheels are those?? You should bring both of them to the camaro show next w/e. I'd love to see it. See?? You didn't need that 91Z afterall. Hey, btw. I know you still hate me and everything, but when you take off that steering wheel and shifter, I want it for my '84. LOL. (serously, I do want them). It matches my color scheme perfect.

I love red interiors. I wish my Camaro had one. Its grey, but the exterior is red so I am happy I even have a Camaro. Its just the opposite of my 69 Z/28 I used to have. Silver with a red interior. I sure miss that car.

My red 92 Z28 is red with the grey and black interior. I am starting to like the red interior though. It's very flashy with the T tops out.

Nice! If you don't mind me asking, what are they charging? That's the next thing for my '84 is getting the hood painted.

 

369 is what the price was. Going to get some custom heritage style stripes made to fit the cowl hood.

 

That sounds about right. The body shop that painted my ram-air hood on my truck said $300 for the camaro hood (1 solid color). I wish I had a friend that did paint and body that could do it cheaper, but yeah..oh well.

Some LCA relocation brackets might help. Looks like may have been lowered and the angle of those LCAs are inverted.

I noticed that, I have a set that was suppose to be for my other car. I will put some on this car though probably.

those wheels are centerline daggers, probably 400+ each new.

Yea, I am gonna redo the stripes like the orig. With vinyl. Gonna have them made up to fit the cowl hood.
