Well now have to rebuild t.b.I or buy used one which I probably will do but now I think starter is bad or fire broke something else I get a slow grinding noise but it doesn't turn over besides starter what could, it be?

get your battery tested, see if its been affected by the fire cause it could just be the battery lost its juice and be weak, or just buy a starter solenoid.

Is there any fuseable links between the starter and battery?
