I would pass.
It might be different if it was not so custom. I don't like the idea of buying someone else's vision, if that's what you would call it.
IMO a car should be about the drivers taste and reflect THEIR personality. Not someone else's.

Wouldn't take a whole lot to swap the hood, remove the funky spoiler and pull/paint the ground effects. It might be worth it if the body is in good shape. Sometimes that style hood doesn't look too bad depending on a few things, but it's heavy too. Some people prefer them so you might be able to sell it to help pay for a stock one, or trade even up. The engine bay might be a bit of work and would bug me.
Gold is part of the Berlinetta theme, just not so much of it though. lol
If you're into originality, the center console (among a few other things) isn't stock but I've run the same before as well. Berlinettas have their benefits and quirks unlike any other Camaro and I can expand on that if you're actually considering it.
Price is too high imo.

The current owner has deleted the A/C, what about the hearer controls? Maybe you don't need heat/AC/defrost down there. Lots of electronic goodies though

The AC controls are on the right hand pod by the steering wheel.
