Show and Tell
So this is my 86 Iroc I got 2 years ago. Its nothing special but its my baby. Just painted it over christmas. Decided to go with the newer ground effects kit since it came with the newer louvers when I got it. I also decided to put a trans am wing(also cannibalized the 10 bolt rear end off it too) on it which I think came out good. Right now it has an old truck 350 in it. Plan is to soon throw a top end on it for around 400hp and a t56 soon after that.

Day 1

Nobody likes gray, it was time to murder it out

Had it like this for about a year

got bored one night and this happened

Took a couple days to get these installed

Bodywork done time for primer

Time to do the jams

My buddy thought it would be funny to take my new racing seats to longbeach and back, and take pics

Just finished paint

All put back together, waiting on wheels to be painted and tires mounted

Just got the wheels back

Re: Show and Tell
And here are some pics of it all finished up(still have to color sand and buff)

Still quite a ways to go in my opinion, but the hard stuff is done, now its all the nitpicky stuff and drivetrain to finish it off. Hope you guys enjoyed the journey, your feedback is appreciated!

Looks nice! What size tires did you go with? Where did you get the headlights from? Are they a lot brighter than the stock ones?

245/40/18 front 285/35/19 rears. The lights are e36 m3 replacement headlights from depo. They are about $400 with the halos installed. Come with 6k Hid kit installed, and they are very bright. Its like driving a luxury car at night

Re: Show and Tell
I used the passenger brackets and they worked fine, the drivers seat was high so I made some out of 1/8 steel and it sits pretty much flat to the floor, and can slide back farther than stock for us tall people
