hey, im selling my 83 camaro this weekend (long story) and found this 91 formula for cheap on craigslist? think its a good deal? has a 400 small block tho, that cant be stock..

I would buy it even if it was a 305 Formula with the 305 still in it . Be sure to test drive it and to look the engine over to be sure what it is .

 

Definitely not stock...but I don't think you should buy it. So I can buy it! That's the next car I buy, a 91-92 Formula hardtop. Seriously though, that's a good deal if the body is solid and it runs decent.

 

well, this one has t-tops, which would be nice here in florida..but hows the gas on these things? itll be my DD for college lol. i did go to look at it and test drive it. everything seems good. looked underneath and all, no rust anywhere i can find except surface rust on the hood and such..so if my car sells, ima pick it up..

thats the thing, there are none =] i looked everyywhere for rust and rot, couldnt find anyyy..but i am also looking at a 6 cylinder f150. itd be better on gas..so idk

 

Most likely, depending on what that 400 gets. Probably not good though.
