whats the closest drag strip to fredericsburg? its about between DC and Richmond.

You're not too far from MIR, it's right up Rt. 1. Richmond Dragway isn't too far south of you either.

where about on rt1 is it?

how much does it cost to do a few runs?
do you have to have your licence? i just have my learner's permit.

Yes, you have to have a driver's license. Not sure where on Rt. 1, I've never been to MIR. I hear it's one of the nicest tracks in the region though. I live in Richmond and refuse to even go to Richmond Dragway if that tells you anything about the quality of their track.

MIR is probably the nicest track in Maryland the only track in virginia i have been too is Colonial Beach. so i can't say budds creek is the nicest out of the two states.

From what I hear, MIR is the nicest track around. VMP is nicest one in VA.

VMP isnt bad either... Its much better then Richmond. If you only want 1/8 mile there is places like Summerduck too...

Check out Mason Dixon dragway in Frederick, MD. Its 1/4 mile and pretty nice.
