Yes, you have to have a driver's license. Not sure where on Rt. 1, I've never been to MIR. I hear it's one of the nicest tracks in the region though. I live in Richmond and refuse to even go to Richmond Dragway if that tells you anything about the quality of their track.

MIR is probably the nicest track in Maryland the only track in virginia i have been too is Colonial Beach. so i can't say budds creek is the nicest out of the two states.

VMP isnt bad either... Its much better then Richmond. If you only want 1/8 mile there is places like Summerduck too...
