hey they all gotta start somewhere. mine was in a flood but i put a new interior in , and some tires and a paint job. and impretty proud of it. don't lose interest in it. be persistent youll be glad you did. i love the way it feels when you get it lookin how you pictured it being

 

Tell me about it... Two years ago, at the first gathering at Northpoint, my 83 was running -- and that was about it. Over the past two years, it had the rear main replaced, new tranny installed, front of the engine resealed, new window belt strips, new tires, exhaust, 1 1/2" gauges to replace the idiot lights, new seats, and a major teardown and clean.

And I'm still not done

 

well sometimes you just can't leave well enough alone, i barely finished this one and already wish i had another one to fool with. don't know if the wife/budget will aloow it. i found out thats it's easier to cange a tire on a moving car than it is to tell your wfe you bought a junk firebird to part out.. things to think about to KEEP a happy marriage

 

Luckily I had all three of mine BEFORE we got married.

However, I still get flack from time to time. I realize I need to get rid of some before taking on a new project.
