I have the 4th gen urge also! I am tired of people around me buying newer cars like my brother bought a 03 Cobra and so on.

I have two in mind.

make that my daily and work on the formula cause it needs some off time.

You got to have the Ls1 t-tops 6 speed

Im sorry to hear your wanting to get out of your thirdgen. I do like fourthgen style and power but seeing as how I currently work at a Pontiac dealer I dont ever want to work on another my entire life. I at one time thought about going fourthgen but the 98-02 TA would be the only thing Id buy and seeing as how insurance and payments would be to steep for me I decided against it. I know its your decision in the long run but I feel you might regret it later, especially when it needs plugs put in it.

I vote for one of these.

but then again, I am a little partial to Silver.

Having one of each is pretty cool. this is the first time in several years that I haven't had a third gen. about time to get another one.

I hear ya

Its always nice to have a new or newer car with all the modern comforts. I say you keep your Third Gen and buy the other one. That is what I'm doing! I'm keeping my '92 RS even after my '05 GTO comes in. It will be great having them both! My RS for slow but fun driving, and my GTO for insanely fast and faster driving!

I'm coming home this weekend. Then going to NJ to look at some cars.

I've found a 99 TA 6 spd leather/ ttops for $10k w/74 miles.

If that isnt' too my liking then I'll see about that one you listed.

where's it at?
