Re: True budget build

I have a panard bar and lower control arms. subframe connecters. Front end rebuild kit. cam and lifters and carb. Honestly i would do some stuff myself but i barely change my own oil if i don't have to. As for the ebody work i have a damaged driver side door and front fender but nothing else. I have a door and i think i can get a fender soon.

most of what you want done is just a matter of jacking the car up and unbolting old parts and putting in new parts. plus you get the satisfaction of doing it your slef with the agravation of rusty bolts1!

Re: True budget build

yes it does suck. I am still tryin to work things out. I got a great deal on body work and paint so this is the only thing holding me back for being ready to finally take her down to OC cruise.

..... Budget Build. I would think a race car builder would be WAY out of my price range.

Re: True budget build

I just can't wait to get all this stuff over with. Does not look like she will be goin to OC next month, but on the bright side. That gives me more time to get even deeper into the build......don't think i will ever be done.

I was saying the samething myself and since i'm doing this a little at a time than things will change, new things will come out on the market. Hell, car goes for body and paint in a few months and i have changed my mind on color almost every day.
