Hi all...

Hi all...I'm new to this site. I usually post over at transamgta.com under the same name. Anyone going to the Trans Am Nationals in Vandalia Ohio?

Here's a pic of my resto project...thanks!

Hi. Welcome to the board! Looks like you've got quite a project on your hands. What are your build plans?

Build plans you ask...hmmmm...would you like the reality version or the dream version?? ha ha..
Well so far upgrades and repairs include: Cat back flowmaster w/ 4" tips, K&N filter, new harmonic balancer(because the genius I got it from welded it on instead of bolting it on) He's done quite a bit of jerry - riggin that we're still trying to work out. New mass air flow sensor, new wheels(black GTA rims), new hood(because the guy pulled a Tommy Boy on the high-way) Put a formula hood on(which I know does nothing for a TPI engine, but I like the look of it, straightend out the driver's side front quarter panel, got BOTH headlights to go up AND down...I hate winkers!! For ***'s sake, open the hood and crank it down!! I have the paint for it, but I want to get everything else done first...I bought Viper Blue Metallic and Cadillac Diamnod White. The plans for those are to paint the whole car blue and have the screaming chicken hand painted on the hood.

Now for the fun part: What I want to do.....
I'd eventually like to drop in a 383 stroker and super charge it. There's already room for it since I didn't bother with the A/C. Who needs a/c when ya got t-tops! Some time in the next couple of weeks I need to weld a sheet metal patch on the passenger side floor (probably from where the heater core blew and the guy never cleaned it up) Then I can put in new carpet. Seats reupholstered in leather, new gauges(ones that go to 140) new dash pad and shift plate. I also need a silver bird to go in the center of my tail lights. There's a what used to be red but now orange one there now.....Ewww. Although, yesterday we were tinkering around under the hood and we were running codes on it, the computer was saying that my timing was 0. How is that possible? If any of ya know, feel free to email me at acedeuce@zoomtown.com. Any suggestions or comments are welcome. So, I guess we'll be tinkering alot more to find out what that problem is now....But, pretty much, mechanically she's good. Runs great...she needs a little make-up and she'll be pretty.
Speaking of which..I gotta get off here and give her some TLC.

Thanks to all!!
