Hey, I usually hang out with the NW In, and south Chicago crew, but I' thought I'd post a heads up to see if I could generate more interest in it.

I've set a meet at the Volo Auto Museum in Volo, IL. I thought I'd invite you all to come join us on August 16th at the Museum. If you are interested please feel free to PM me, or read some of the various threads out there. You can find the sign-up, and directions thread below.

I'd like to add this though. Who ever shows up is going to get a forum signature based on the pics I take at the meet.

 

I just may be there, although most guys on here are around the same age as my son!! I'm so old, I remember when there wasn't an admission fee at all.....

But NO PICTURES of my car!! In it's present state, it's a ******* mobile! Unless you think primer looks good.

Couldn't add myself to the list cause with my job, there's only a 50/50 chance of my being there.

 

I'm surprised at the lack of interest from the midwest board, as well as from the NW In, S. Chicago boards as well. This has been talked about for quite a while and people were saying someone should set it up.

So I did, and no people aren't signing up.

Is the date bad? Timeing bad? I don't want to set this too late in the year, it'd like it to be a bit warmer than what it was when we went in october.

 

i deff want to go. a friend of mine with a 70 chevelle might be able to go, i don't know if he works or not. i'll bring the little 2.8 L.

 

I thought I'd bump this up. The meet is this saturday and I though I might see if I could generate any last minute interest in the Volo meet.
