I am thinking about getting rid of my 89 Iroc and getting a 91 or 92 Z28 I dont really care about the condition of the body or interior as long as it is fixable however a good motor and tranny would be a plus! 305 or 350 does not matter. The only thing that matters is that it does not cost me alot. I would also be interested in just the rolling body with a wire harness but the body and wire harnes would need to be complete and in great shape! If I do find one I can afford I will be parting out or selling my Iroc so if you have a car for me and need some stuff tell me and you will have dibs!

Its not a 92 Z28 Actually I just figured that it would be cheaper to just buy a Z than it would be to convert everything over like the speed density harness and computer hi rise spoiler the missing ground effects peice 91-92 Z-28 rims ect. See what I mean

I just picked up a '90 Camaro Vert and really want to get it started. I've had Code38 for a while and while 100% stock is fun and cool, I really want to get creative with a car. I think this new car is my chance to do it. I plan on finishing up all the odds and ends to get Code38 back into tip top shape and then let someone else enjoy her...

 

Im not sure that your car is what I am looking for as I dont really have much money to work with but I will ask anyway how much would I be looking at (ball park figure) to buy her?

Any body got a 91-92 Z28? How about a crashed one? No motor? No title? All I need is a car with at least all the wiring and the spoiler and ground effects. A complete one would be nice but it would need to be cheap! What I really need here is basicly a mostly complete parts car so dont be shy guys just tell me what you got.

 

There is a guy around here that has one for sell. its either a 91 or 92 not real sure. I went and looked at it the other day. the front bumper cover is broke, along with the rear bumper cover, front spoiler. The car has a crease on the drivers side rear quarter. There is some more dents and scratchs. Interior=headliner falling down, steering wheel craked open, dash cracked. It has a blown up 305 tpi, but comes with another motor. Didnt see the other motor so not sure what it is. 700r4 w/ 115,000. Is this what your looking for or is it to far gone. It was way to far gone for what I was looking for.

YA its a complete car. I will try and get you some pics but the car is 45 minutes from my house. See the story is this guy bought this car for his grandson and then he ended up making all the payments on it. He knows nothing about cars and he just wants rid of all of it. I cant remember what he priced it to me at I think 1500$.

 

oh yes it is a Z and it has t-tops.

 

Take your time I have untill mid to late spring to find a car! In the meantime anybody else have any 91-92 Z-28s for cheap?

Bummer man.....no one's got any extras layin around....ask this fall and I bet there will be tons.....everyone's caught the spring fever and wants to keep em and get em out on the road...
If it helps, I have an '87 Z28 with 305 and 700r4 in it. It's not a show car, but def fixable. Not sure you would be interested, but it's a start.....
Also....why not just take the money from buying this new car and convert the '89 to 91-92???? Dashes are easy to come by, and so are gfx and spoilers......

dude, i why dont head to the jefferson swap meet, i'm damn sure you could find one there, prolly a decent one for around 2 or sumtin like that. umm, i was @ the swap site and its the 26 and 27 of april, so. hey the featured car is pontiacs so maybe you could find a 91 or 92 T/A. anyway, umm, thats my thoughts.
